Phil was a warrior. He worked with us for over 5 months setting up homes for us to view across a wide mile radius, inspecting important aspects of each home to assess their integrity and blemishes, and possibilities. When we got an offer accepted he was instrumental with the negotiation and saw us through all the way to closing which was not convenient for him distance wise. I am glad to know I have an agent we can count on for referrals and future property endeavors.
